Anthony Stanley
Anthony Kaʻuka Stanley is a ukulele virtuoso, composer, and cultural ambassador whose music bridges Hawaiian tradition with contemporary performance. The youngest son of renowned Kumu Hula Kathy Healiʻi ʻO Nālani Gore Stanley—founder of Healiʻi’s Polynesian Revue, a celebrated dance company established in 1967—Anthony was immersed in Hawaiian music and culture from birth.
At just 15 years old, Anthony became Music Director for Healiʻi’s Polynesian Revue, helping guide the company to numerous awards and competition victories. A full-time professional musician since early childhood, he performs and tours both locally and internationally, most often alongside longtime musical partner Keahi Rozet. His work spans intimate acoustic performances to large-scale collaborations, including projects with the San Diego Symphony and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
Deeply committed to education and community leadership, Anthony teaches ʻukulele through the San Diego Unified School District in partnership with the Center for World Music, instructing hundreds of students each week. He is an endorsed ukulele artist with Kala Brand Music Co. since 2018 and has appeared internationally as a guest artist for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, sharing Hawaiian and acoustic music with audiences around the world.
Alongside his professional music career, Anthony pursued higher education, graduating from Occidental College with a double major in Music and Economics. As a composer and performer, he seeks to create music that honors its cultural roots while building meaningful connections across communities and generations.
