Is it hard to get a refund if I don't like it?
No, it's a piece of cake. You will have full access to the site and me anytime. All you need to do is contact me and I'll refund your money if your not satisfied.
How much do I need to practice?
The more you can practice the better. But I recommend that you practice a minimum of 20 minutes a day. The more you practice the more you will get out of the course. Remeber that 20 minutes a day is better then an hour once a week.
Can I access the lessons from any country?
Yes, if you can access internet then you will have unlimited and complete access to all the material.
Do I have to have a ukulele with a high G or a low G on the 4th string?
I filmed all these lessons on a my KoAloha ukulele that had a high G string on it. Most ukuleles come with a high G string as the 4th string. But it doesn't matter if you have a high G or a low G, both will work. I recommend that your ukulele is a tenor, concert or soprano. Most baritone ukuleles are tuned differnently.

Yes, it's easy to cancel whenever you like, but hopefully you will stay. I work extremely hard to provide the best content and things you are interested in learning. I am always available to talk and looking for ways to make your experience more enjoyable. If you need to cancel just send a request to email@example.com
What is the cancellation and refund policy for a yearly membership? Is there a limited amount of time to cancel and get a refund
You can cancel anytime and we will prorate what time you didn't use on your yearly membership.
I bought the yearly membership at a discount rate rate of $150 per year (your website states that it is a "forever" rate). Does that mean that I will get the discounted rate of $150 next year and will I automatically be billed when membership fees are due? Or do I have to renew manually at a certain time to keep the discounted rate?
The rate of $150 will be the rate you pay for the lifetime of the membership.
The discounted yearly rate of $150 shows up on my billing statement but on my account settings it is billed as $188; why doesn't the discounted rate show up in my account settings?
The reason it shows, $188 is that is the price of the membership you just happened to use a coupon to get the discount.
