Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely, you can cancel your yearly membership within the first 30 days after signing up.
If your membership included a free item, such as shirts, ukuleles, packs, or any special deal, the price of that item will be deducted from the membership as well.
During the initial 30-day period, you're eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining months. After this period, all yearly memberships become non-refundable.

Is it hard to get a refund if I don't like it?
No, it's a piece of cake. All you need to do is contact us at [email protected] and we will refund your money if you're not satisfied.

How much do I need to practice?
The more you can practice the better. But we recommend that you practice a minimum of 20 minutes a day. The more you practice the more you will get out of the course. Remember that 20 minutes a day is better than an hour once a week.
Can I access the lessons from any country?
Yes, if you can access internet then you will have unlimited and complete access to all the material.
Do I have to have a ukulele with a high G or a low G on the 4th string?
It doesn't matter whether you have a ukulele with a high G or low G on the 4th string. The choice depends on the sound you prefer. Both options are fine, and it's all about personal preference. To help you decide, we recommend watching Terry's video on the differences between low G and high G tunings. It will provide valuable insights to guide your decision. Enjoy exploring the unique sounds each tuning offers!

Can I Pause my Membership if I go on Vacation ?

How do I reinstate my Paused Membership?
You may resume payments at any time. If you resume payments, the billing date will remain the same as it was prior to pausing the subscription. Please contact our Team members at [email protected] and we will reinstate your membership.

How do I search for specific lessons in a course?
- Use the Search feature: inside your course make sure to check the header menu, you'll see the word "SEARCH" if you click it you can type the specific lesson inside that course you are looking.
- Navigate: Find and select the course you wish to explore from your library or course list.
- Explore Contents: Inside the chosen course, you'll discover a table of contents or a list of lessons. Scroll through this list to locate the specific lesson you're seeking.
